Product & service offerings include:XFINITY TELEVISIONXFINITY InternetXFINITY VoiceXFINITY Home Employees at all levels are expected to:- Require standing for extended periods of time servicing customers- Must be able to carry and lift up to 25lb boxes, stand and move about the store constantly.- Own the customer background-think and act in ways that put our customers 1st, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services- Desire to learn- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Key Requirements- Responsible for immersive customer onboarding background ensuring the customer fully understands how to use XFINITY products and services including XFINITY Apps.- Deep understanding of XFINITY products and services; effectively inform and educate customers- Understand XFINITY products capabilities and how they outperform the competition.- Solution orientated- Positive, “I can help you with that” attitude- Respect and promote inclusion and diversity- Generally requires 1-3 yrs related skills; prefer consumer electronics/wireless/telecommunications retail sales background- High-school certificate or Equivalent- Passion for technology- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and certain holidays. May be asked to work in alternate XFINITY Stores outside of home base store.
