Description:
Overseeing the day-day operations of the Café, Coffee Kiosk and any other retail area. Responsibilities : Maintains friendly, efficient, and positive attitude towards customers, co-workers and guests. Oversees the Café Operation to ensure proper standards are in place. Coordinate orders with specified vendors. Assist in creating the labor schedule for the Café and other Retail Areas. Effectively enforce department personnel policies and procedures in conjunction with selection, orientation, training, assignment and staffing, evaluation, discipline and discharging employees in compliance with applicable employment regulations. Adheres to established systems and training programs to provide a safe working environment. Complies with all OSHA regulations and other local, state and federal regulations. Trains workers in performance of duties and assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote an efficient operation. Requirements : High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Two years of prior Food Service experience. Food Handler's License or ServSafe Certification- a plus.
