Retail Accounting Analyst
Position detailsAs a Retail Accounting Analyst you will be responsible for reconciliation, analysis, forecasting, budgeting and financial accuracy of various Retail balance sheet accounts that may include (but not limited to) cash, credit card receivable, money transfer services, lottery, prepaid/gift cards, etc. You will also be responsible for the determination of associated P&L losses impacting those accounts. In addition, you will support, analyze the integrity of, and performs the daily cash sweep of local store bank accounts.Minimum experience- Expertise to develop and implement solutions for potential issues and opportunities- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail- Verifiable High-school diploma or GED required.- one or more years of professional work background required- Accounting, analytics or budgeting background- Bachelor's degrees strongly preferred.- Self-motivatedEducation- one or more years of Microsoft office background, Ms excel and Access background is highly preferred.Preferred Requirements- High-level organizational, interpersonal, and time management expertise- Strong issue solving abilities and expertise to perform root-cause analysis- Knowledge of SAP CAR is highly preferred- Effective verbal and writing expertise to interact with upper level management and external/internal groups - Customer service skillsBusiness OverviewIt's a new day in health care.Combining CVS Health and Aetna was a transformative moment for our company and our industry, establishing CVS Health as the nation's premier health innovation company.
