Interview, select, train, and supervise the team. Understand and explain all financial reports related to the department. Visually inspect and take action to ensure that all facilities look appealing and attractive to guests. Provide guidance for improvement and implement necessary adjustments. Investigate and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner. Oversees the set-up of the dining and service area. You’ll be a great fit if you have: Management experience within a busy hotel restaurant environment An eye and attention to detail Flexibility within the working hours Strong mathematical abilities to track financial statements. Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
