Brackett's Crossing has a great core group of motivated cooks and we're looking to add to our Culinary team; a great learning kitchen for motivated individuals. Our menu is always changing using Fresh local ingredients when we can. This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience who wants to learn and grow. Restaurant Line Cook: As a Line Cook you will team up with our Chefs to assist in the operation of our professional kitchen. Your love of cooking will create a remarkable culinary experience in our restaurants by preparing, cooking and presenting outstanding food to our members and guests. Position & Kitchen Schedule: Full Time, Non-Exempt position. Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00, including some Saturdays. Mission Statement To provide a legacy for our membership by maintaining a family-oriented atmosphere featuring a premier golf course, recreational activities, exceptional food, superior service and provide its employees with an environment that fosters respect, teamwork, and an opportunity for personal growth.
