In this role, you'll tackle equipment repairs and maintenance for restaurants and food service clients, ensuring their kitchens run smoothly and efficiently. From diagnosing issues with convection ovens to getting dishwashers back in action, you're the expert clients rely on to keep their kitchens running smoothly. You arrive prepared with a well-stocked work truck, ready to troubleshoot, assess, and repair each appliance with precision and care. Throughout each repair, you pay close attention to every detail, asking the right questions and following safety guidelines to ensure a job well done. You finish by accurately documenting your service, knowing your professionalism and expertise keep customers' operations going strong-and you drive off to the next call with a sense of accomplishment and purpose. YOUR SCHEDULE Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM, with a 40-hour work week and an on-call option if you're looking to earn more. REQUIREMENTS Commercial appliance repair experience Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Technical ability to use a tablet and provide digital tickets Valid driver's license and a clean driving record The preferred qualifications include 2 years of experience in commercial kitchen and hot-side equipment repair, a CFESA certification, knowledge and experience with residential equipment, and a certification to work with rational equipment/combi ovens.
