Job Title: Respiratory Care Practitioner Location: Berlin, NH Shift Times: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $45.00 Annual Salary: $62,400 - $93,600 Incentives: Commencement Bonus: Up to $20,000 Student Loan Repayment: Up to $15,750 Relocation Bonus: Up to $17,500 (for distances beyond 100 miles) Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch respiratory care to a diverse patient population, demonstrating thorough knowledge and skill in accordance with hospital policies and AARC standards of practice. Responsibilities: Provide respiratory care services under the guidance of a physician Operate and manage respiratory equipment including Drager Ventilators, Transport Vent Zoll, Bipap V60, and High Flow oxygen Vapotherm Perform arterial blood gas analyses using ABG Gem Monitor and adjust ventilator settings as needed Document patient care services and interventions in EMR (Meditech) Qualifications: Certified by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certification from the American Heart Association Experience with ventilator management and other respiratory care procedures Benefits Offered: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) options Life insurance including short-term and long-term disability coverage This position is ideal for a compassionate and skilled respiratory therapist eager to make a significant impact on patient care in a supportive and dynamic environment.
