Manages the day-to-day operations of residential warehouse crews at MG Moving Services, coordinating assignments and demonstrating effective leadership. Develops employee schedules, communicates tasks clearly, ensures task completion, and delivers immediate training to warehouse staff in real time.0 Responsibilities:• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.• Assign tasks appropriately, plan work schedules, and appraise results.• Plan and monitor personnel requirements to ensure productivity, profitability, and high service levels to clients.• Speak with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.• Facility and racking layout for best flow.• Ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order and maintain standards of health, safety, and security. Qualifications:• Proven work experience as a warehouse manager (2+ years).• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.• Requires multi-tasking, and time management.• Able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis.• Ability to use a computer.• Excellent communication skills.• Must successfully pass a criminal background investigation and pre-employment drug test.
