Qualifications:• Proficiency in CRM and marketing/lead technologies is required or the ability to quickly adapt to new systems is essential.• This role demands self-motivation for independent work and professional growth aspirations.• A real estate license is a current possession or actively being pursued.• Strong communication skills are indispensable for this position.
