Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities :• Client Consultation : Assess clients’ financial situations to recommend the best mortgage products that meet their needs.• Loan Origination : Manage the entire loan application process, ensuring timely and accurate processing from initial inquiry to closing.• Market Expertise : Stay informed on current mortgage products, interest rates, and lending regulations to provide expert guidance.• Relationship Building : Foster relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other professionals to generate referrals and build a client base.• Credit Analysis : Review financial documents and credit reports to determine loan eligibility.• Compliance : Ensure all transactions adhere to industry regulations and company policies.• Follow-up & Closing : Maintain communication with clients throughout the process, ensuring a seamless experience through to closing. Qualifications:• Licensing : Valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in accordance with NMLS requirements or motivated to get one.• Communication Skills : Strong ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.• Sales-Driven : Self-motivated with a track record of generating leads and closing loans.• Detail-Oriented : Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with mortgage software systems and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.• Problem-Solver : Adept at finding creative, compliant solutions for clients' needs.• Customer-Centric : A strong focus on customer service, ensuring an excellent experience for every client.
