1st Choice Heating & Cooling LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for selling residential HVAC installations and accessories to homeowners, actively seeking out and engaging with prospective customers to meet their heating, cooling, and comfort needs. Responsibilities: Promote and Sell HVAC Products and Services: Demonstrate and strategically present the functionality, benefits, and key value propositions of 1st Choice Heating & Cooling LLC’s HVAC systems and related accessories to prospective customers. Develop and Foster Relationships: Maintain close communication with prospects, nurturing relationships to close sales and promote long-term customer retention. Meet and Exceed Targets: Achieve individual and team goals for new customer acquisition on a monthly and quarterly basis. Track Progress and Results: Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in the CRM system to ensure transparency and accountability. Research and Understand the Target Market: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and 1st Choice Heating & Cooling LLC’s overall market opportunities to effectively position our offerings. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a product or service environment Excellent ability to manage and build relationships Proven ability to meet and exceed sales acquisition goals Advanced communication, selling, and negotiation skills Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs An extroverted personality that thrives on engaging with people Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams About 1st Choice Heating & Cooling LLC: 1st Choice Heating & Cooling LLC is a leading HVAC service provider serving Waukesha County and the surrounding metro area.
