An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team. Ideal candidates should have a strong track record in residential conveyancing, encompassing freehold, leasehold, and New Build matters. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload, including sales and purchase, equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions. Liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and estate agents. Generate a fee income aligning with agreed targets. Cultivate and nurture relationships with introducers. Oversee cases from inception to post: completion. Requirements: Previous experience working as Residential Conveyancer/ Legal Executive/Solicitor/Lawyer or in a similar role Minimum 3 years experience managing a high: volume Residential Conveyancing caseload. Relevant qualifications (solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or substantial caseload management experience. Proficiency in IT, including experience with case management systems.
