Responsibilities:• Communicate with clients and office staff to ensure alignment on construction timeline and specifications.• Follow company standards and processes with technology and expectations to oversee sub-contractors on projects.• Enforce code requirements and general safety on all stages of construction.• Schedule inspections, and communicate corrections to subcontractors.• Communicate the status of the building project to key stakeholders by providing regular progress reports.• Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met. Qualifications:• Familiarity with construction project management software is highly valued.• 1+ years of experience as a construction project manager.• Possess a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods.• Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills.
