The Resident Experience Assistant will work closely with assisted living and memory support residents. The assistants will work with the Director of Resident Experience to help create, plan and implement programs that will stimulate the residents both cognitively and physically. Must enjoy working with the elderly population and be enthusiastic, patient, creative and willing to learn and be a team player. Flexible schedule, weekends required. Follows schedule as written with minimal change and cancellation. May be asked to accompany the residents when there are activities or events outside of the building. Fosters teamwork with co-workers, shows initiative in overcoming obstacles, takes actions which assist others beyond job responsibilities, and has a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.
