This is your opportunity to serve older adults Wage is $14.25/hr - $19.80/hr | Credit given for experience Shift Differential | up to $1.00/hour How you will make an impact: As a Resident Assistant at Northfield Retirement Community, you will have the ability to connect with older adults one-on-one embracing a person-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity. You will provide hands-on personal care to older adults including assisting them tasks of daily living such as getting dressed, showering, using the bathroom, and eating; as well as more healthcare related tasks like checking vital signs and medication administration. Schedule varies: Both part-time and full-time positions available. Schedules include working alternating weekends and some holidays.
