DescriptionWe're looking for a Research and Development Associate III, working in the Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry in Cambridge, 02142.Responsibilities include: Recommending and implementing solutions to improve lab function, identifying gaps in current practices, and finding innovative ways to streamline core responsibilities. Working with internal and external scientists to enable efficient implementation of new procedures. Monitoring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, including assisting with audits and resolutions. Performing risk analysis of current practices and proposed solutions to guide continuous improvement and assisting the subject matter expert in scheduling work and ensuring documentation per Standard Operating Practices. Coordinating instrument installation, maintenance, and retirement as determined by the equipment owner or functional area management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
