This is a hybrid position, based in Chesterfield with a requirement to work in the office 3 days each week for collaborative working. Are you a reporting manager with experience in leading a team with a proven track record of completing reporting activity in line with SLAs and critical deadlines? As an integral part of Royal Mail's dynamic forward thinking Knowledge Management team you will ensure SLAs are achieved by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify issues, resolve promptly and coordinate the management of accurate data for reporting. This is a hybrid position, based in Chesterfield with a requirement to work in the office 3 days each week for collaborative working. About the role As reporting manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all reporting activity is accurately undertaken for all business functions supported by your area of the reporting team in Knowledge Management with a focus on the Finance, Executive reporting and Operations areas. You'll Manage a team of 2 Reporting Analysts to ensure all reporting activity is completed in line with SLAs and critical deadlines. You'll be able to proactively identify positive changes and improvements, develop and deploy agreed process improvements to deliver performance improvement (service, cost, and quality). You'll Coordinate the management of data for reporting purposes, to ensure accurate and timely information coupled with developing relevant controls, reconciliations and audit trails and ensure they are adhered to.
