Key Responsibilities Receive inbound calls from patients and providers Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy Work with insurance carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients Required Qualifications Must have 1 year of recent call center experience Must be local to the DFW area Must live in Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, Kentucky, or Florida High School Diploma or GED equivalent Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to work from home
