A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to support clients' customers as a first point of contact. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from customers regarding account inquiries and issues Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information using available resources Process transactions through web-based applications and maintain knowledge of company policies Required Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent is required Minimum of six months experience in call center or customer service roles Must pass a background check and security clearance Must have verified high-speed internet service and a dedicated workspace
