Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, either part-time or full-time. As a WFH Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be providing exceptional customer service. To our clients. You will be responsible for addressing customers inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients in a timely and professional manner- Address customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and chat channels- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placements - Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating as necessary- Process customer returns and exchanges following company policies- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $ 30.00 Per Hour Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: -Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not needed but can be a bonus -We are recruiting those who have a background in health care, ware house worker, delivery drivers, data entry, etc - we welcome all backgrounds so long as you're ready to learn QUALIFICATIONS -High school diploma. -Computer with internet access Quiet work space away from distractions -Must be able and comfortable to working in an environment without immediate supervision -Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions. -Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
