Your Day-to-Day (No Cold Calls, Promise!): Client Consultations, Zoom Style: Meet clients on their terms, dive into their goals, assess their needs, and help them pick the best products. You’ll be the expert, breaking down policy features and coverage options with just the right touch of humor (no “insurance robot” vibes here). Customer Service, With a Personal Touch: Got a client with questions or someone who needs help updating their policy? You’re there! From answering questions to helping with claims, you’ll be their go-to person. Long-Term Relationship Building: Think of yourself as the friendly neighborhood “Insurance Bestie” clients can count on. Check in with them, keep an eye on their needs, and make sure they feel protected for the long haul. Compliance & Records: Keep it professional where it counts. Maintain client records like a pro, stay up-to-date on industry standards, and protect their info like it’s your own.
