You'll also discover learning and development opportunities so you can take your career to the next level - and beyond.Other benefits include: Competitive Benefits: Medical (FSA + HSA), Dental, and Vision Immediate 401K Vesting/Matching Career Opportunity and Growth Tuition Reimbursement Student Loan Repayment Generous PTO and 11 paid Holidays per year (8 regular and 3 floating) 8 weeks of 100% Paid Family Leave*ProfitSharingPlan applies to all non-Annual Incentive Plan and non-Sales Incentive Plan employees.OverviewThe Reliability Engineer II will perform a variety of routine to complex duties in support of product reliability prediction, reliability validation and process capability evaluation.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES On a daily basis, as directed, perform reliability assessment activities as related to relevant technologies (i.e. semiconductors, packaging, etc.) Work in cross functional teams in quality-reliability, productivity, and cost improvement programs Review, contribute and eventually perform analysis related to MTBF, FMECA, WCA, and Derating Analysis Responsible for daily tracking and updating of all reliability test data analysis for further review and decision making Provide clear and effective reliability reports for product qualifications to cross functional teams Participate in terms of infrastructure setup, reliability matrix requirements, reliability test support, and reliability test reportingQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE A minimum of two (2) years of experience in reliability related field Electrical Engineering (Bachelor's degree) or Physics (Bachelor's degree) or Related Field of Study (Bachelor's degree)ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law. Pay Range: $77,826 - $97,283 annually.
