This will include performing key results as outlined related to prospective and existing customer relationships, conducting needs-based assessments, and the exploration of value creation provided through additional products and services, and overall customer advocacy and value creation spanning across CIF Investments, Campaigns, Consulting, and Loan disciplines and offerings. Christian Investors Financials’ Mission is to provide faith-based financial solutions that serve Kingdom expansion, and their values are as follows: *Stewardship * Communication * Collaboration * Curiosity Job Requirements: Committed, personal relationship with Jesus Christ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field 3+ years of previous experience with customer relationship management and servicing environment. Previous experience in a banking, credit union, or financial services environment preferred. Exceptional customer service skills and presence, including a confident and engaging personality to establish client relationship trust to explore and uncover their needs through various assessment methodologies. Proficiency and expertise in using the Microsoft Office suite of software products, and other operational applications such as Finastra, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as other internet and mobile applications/technologies. Sufficient financial/accounting/math knowledge and skills to perform duties with necessary accuracy and efficiency Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform duties as assigned in support of CIF’s overall Mission – Providing faith-based financial solutions that serve Kingdom expansion, including: Receive, respond, and overall engage with both existing and prospective clients, providing them with excellent customer service and serving their needs. Proactively engage with assigned clients, performing client needs-based assessments to explore value creation through additional products and services. Creation of prospective client profiles, and updates to existing client profiles based on outcomes of needs-based exploration performed. Actively manage assigned client relationships, including advocacy and ensuring their expectations and interests are represented with their exploration and selection of additional services and products. Collaborate with other staff and functional areas in the development and ongoing enhancements of CIF’s value proposition and related services and products offered and provided for our clients. This includes support towards various client databases, lists, profiles, and records which are utilized in needs assessment methodologies. Receives, handles, and supports CIF prospective and existing customer communications, inquiries, and requests via various communication methods (website contact us inquiries, 800#, direct phone, video conferencing, face to-face, email, and other electronic methods). Represents CIF at various denominational district, regional, and national conferences. Communicates CIF value proposition, vision/mission, and outlines CIF services and products based on expressed and identified needs. Identifies, scopes, and provides consultation services (both fee-based and integrated into products and services provided) based on outcome of needs based assessment and evaluation. This includes virtual and in-person facilitation and delivery of various consulting program offerings, including campaign-related programs. Knowledge of CIF Policies and Procedures; Assistance and support of co-workers as needed: Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date understanding of and adherence with CIF policies and procedures including client confidentiality and other related rules/regulatory requirements that impact engagement and support towards both prospective and existing customers. Provide secondary support and to be capable of filling in for other staff team members, including where to obtain the information needed to maintain prioritized customer relationship management and overall customer experience Perform other duties as needs arise, including support and contributions towards CIF strategic initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.
