Department/Unit: Float Pool Work Shift: Night The Registered Professional Nurse assesses, coordinates, plans, directs, implements and manages the needs of assigned patients throughout the episode of care with a focus on progress toward discharge, including during transitions within the acute care stay. Responsibilities also include delivering and coordinating patient care provided by the caregiving team, ensuring competent and compassionate patient care across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings. This role may require access to sensitive information and workforce members are expected to ensure the protection of such information in accordance with relevant regulations and policies.
