Position: Registered NurseCompensation: - Salary: ($65,520.00 - $84,240.00 USD) - Signing Bonus: None - Relocation Package: None Must-Have Qualifications: 1. 1.5+ years of bedside nursing experience 2. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 3. Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing 4. GA RN License or MSL Preferred Qualifications: - 1.5+ years of bedside nursing with a 4:1 or 6:1 patient ratio - ACLS and PALS (CPR certification) About the Facility: We are dedicated to ensuring that our patients receive care from qualified, engaged, and skilled nurses. The role involves individualized, goal-directed care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles, in accordance with hospital policies.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and address potential issues, implementing solutions as needed.- Perform care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care.- Administer medication as required and document patient care provided.- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.- Monitor and document patient status, communicating with RN, physician, patients, and families as needed.- Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.If your skills and compassion align with our commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care, we invite you to apply.
