Job Summary: Vista Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education of patients under your care. Your focus will be on providing high-quality, urgent care to patients who are ill, injured, or disabled, ensuring their well-being through careful monitoring and tailored treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: Administer urgent care to ill, injured, or disabled patients. Diagnose and establish effective patient treatment plans. Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior. Collaborate with physicians and specialists regarding patient care. Assess the psychological, social, and emotional needs of patients and their families or significant others. Ensure compliance with CLIA Standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records. Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois. Associates Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
