The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor offers oversight of the care team on a beautiful campus.NEW INCREASED SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL!!Weekend ProgramWillow Valley Communities wages are determined on an experience based pay scale.Wages:* Weekend Only Supervisor-$52.00/hr* Monday-Friday Supervisor-$37.00/hr+based on experienceResponsibilities:* Operation of Skilled Care Units, coordination and quality of care on assigned shift.* Supervises and manages nursing team member performance through performance appraisals, counseling, and performance improvement plans with collaboration with Clinical Nurse Manager/Director of Nursing for assigned shift.
