About the Spine & Pain: We are the regional resource for a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to pain management including spine surgeries, image guided injections, joint injections, chronic back pain related to back/joints and opioid-free pain management strategies. About The Career: The position of Nurse focuses on providing direct patient care and assessment, patient education, discharge planning, patient instruction, patient follow-up, and providing physician assistance. The Nurse obtains patient information and updates medical record accordingly. In addition, the position is responsible for performance, monitoring, and quality control of diagnostic tests. All About You : Current Colorado or compact state RN license or ability to become licensed. Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's, Associated, or Diploma in Nursing. BLS required upon hire. ACLS within 9-months of hire. Experience in spine preferred.
