Education and Experience Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor degree in nursing, preferred. Demonstrated clinical competence and experience as required by the specific job posting. 2 years Psychiatry experience required, unless otherwise noted in job posting. Training Certifications and/or Registrations CPR Training required within first 3 months of employment. Evidence of continued education and professional development. Certification or advanced training in specialty area preferred. The registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. The registered nurse provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
