Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Location: Peterborough, NH Shift Type: Night Shift Hours: 36 hours per week guaranteed (3 x 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) Starting Salary Range: $24.48 - $39.16 per hour ($50,918 - $81,453 annually) Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Position Overview: Join our dedicated nursing team in Peterborough, NH, where you will be a crucial part of our night shift operations. We are looking for a competent Registered Nurse who can confidently handle a 6-patient load with the assistance of 2 Licensed Medication Aides on each floor. Our facility is equipped with 18 staffed beds and utilizes Allscripts Paragon for EMR management. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and record vital signs. Administer injections and vaccinations. Readily float to different units as needed. Participate in a comprehensive 4 to 6-week orientation program. Maintain high standards of care in accordance with ANAs guidelines.
