Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry, Progressive Care Unit PCU) Location: Claremont, New Hampshire Shift Times: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours/Day: 12 Hourly/Salary Range: Hourly: $33.90 - $45.25 (based on years of experience) Job Description: The RN will manage a diverse patient population in a Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring, using critical thinking and nursing judgment to assess, plan, provide, and evaluate care. This role requires experience in an Emergency Department and is ideally suited for individuals with rural healthcare experience, emphasizing the ability to work independently and adapt quickly. Key Responsibilities: Care for patients across varying conditions, assessing and planning nursing care using the nursing process. Provide and evaluate nursing care based on patient assessments and needs. Make nursing judgments and decisions, taking responsibility for nursing care and documentation on the assigned unit. Work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care. Qualifications: Experience in Medical/Surgical settings with cardiac monitoring. Previous experience in an Emergency Department required. Ability to work independently in a critical access hospital environment. Strong communication skills and a drive to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
