Opportunity to develop long-term relationships with patients. - - Job Summary Under the direction and supervision of the Operative Services Director is directly responsible for performing circulating and/or scrub nurse duties in the Operating Room; - for providing nursing care to patients preoperatively, perioperatively, and postoperatively in support of care directed by the surgeon; - for providing other assistance as required to the surgical team; and for acting in any nursing capacity as directed by the Operating Room Director and Coordinator. Education and/or Experience Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Associates at minimum. Licensure/Certification/Registration Current licensure with the State of SD as a Registered Nurse or multi-state licensure Work Schedule Monday - Friday; 72 hours every 2 weeks Day shift Occasional weekend (by call rotation) Occasional holiday (by call rotation) Occasional call time -(by call rotation) Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below.
