About The Department: · The Joint Replacement Center at Montrose Regional Health is the only one of its kind on the Western Slope and is designed to provide a detailed clinical pathway throughout the preoperative, surgical, and postoperative phases of orthopedic care. All elective joint replacement patients are enrolled in this innovative program. About The Career: · The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care and rehabilitation nursing staff leadership. Assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the patient's response to treatment. Manages care within the therapeutic environment and directs the delivery of nursing care by other members of the nursing treatment team. All About You: Current Colorado or compact state RN license or ability to become licensed. Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's, Associated, or Diploma in Nursing. BLS required upon hire.
