Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Location: Peterborough, NH Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 36 hours per week guaranteed (3 days a week) Salary Range: $26.98 - $43.17 per hour ($56,118.40 - $89,793.60 annually) Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 total payout ($5,000 in first check, $2,500 after 6 months, $2,500 after 1 year) Position Summary: Join our dedicated team as an ICU Registered Nurse where you will provide critical care to patients in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities include coordinating comprehensive nursing care for assigned patients, maintaining effective relationships across shifts for continuity of care, and engaging in all aspects of patient education and care planning. This position requires flexibility to float to Med Surge and regular ICU units as needed. Qualifications: Must have experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically Allscripts Paragon. Ability to read vital signs and administer injections/vaccinations. Experience in ICU or related units preferred. Must be able and willing to float without hesitation. Patient ratio is 2:1.
