Whether you receive medical care, utilize rehabilitative therapy or participate in a community screening, MedStar St. Mary's Hospital places a priority on delivering a positive healthcare experience.Unit Highlights We are a 30 bed general ED. We see an average of 125 patients/ day or about 45,000/ year. About 20% of our population consists of pediatric patients. We are a certified stroke center. Our nurses average 1:4 patients. We follow a team based care delivery model. Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.
