Harmony Gardens Assisted Living is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in our new building in Maplewood, MN. Assisted Living experience preferred! We are also offering a $5,000 Bonus! This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position available working a varied schedule. No Weekends and No On-Call! Shift: Day (AM) 7:00am - 3:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm - Your Preference! Pay Range: $35.52 to $42.84 / hourFull-Time is eligible for a $5,000 Bonus. Payout for the bonus will be discussed during the interview. Completes assessments according to regulatory schedule of residents to ensure the resident is appropriately placed and needs are being met. Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Assists with supervision of medication management policy and practice for licensed and unlicensed nursing staff. Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures. Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary. What does a Nurse require? Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team. Location: Harmony Gardens Assisted Living is a part of Cassia and is located in the East Metro.
