Key Responsibilities Ensure regulatory compliance by managing records, submitting reports, and maintaining certifications Promote quality of care through in-home observations and performance evaluations of Care Pros Administer training and development for Care Pros, including onboarding and continuous education Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Valid North Carolina license as a Registered Nurse Minimum of two years of direct healthcare experience, including one year in a supervisory or administrative role in home health care Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong understanding of regulatory standards Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client and personal care services
