A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for a remote Telehealth/Virtual position. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and coordinate care for patients through virtual platforms Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate timely discharge planning and address patient concerns Participate in departmental operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Completion of a Registered Nurse program; BSN preferred Three or more years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting Experience with Epic and/or Cerner is required Must hold a valid, unrestricted RN license in New York BLS certification from the American Heart Association
