Unit Description: Alice Hyde Medical Center is 25-bed acute care facility with an 11 bed Emergency Room. - Nurses working on the Medical/Surgical floor function within a primary nurse care model with a 1:5 patient ration and Nurse Aide support. - As a RN on Med/Surg, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides high quality care to a diverse patient population. - BLS certification is required. - ACLS is offered and encouraged. Med/Surg and Wound Care certification supported. - Clinical Ladder program offered. - We are a NYSNA Union partner. - Nursing teams at AHMC have embraced a culture of safety, autonomy and collaboration. - On-call: Not RequiredIncentives: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus (pro-rated for part-time)
