Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Monitor patient progress, assess vital signs, and respond to changes in condition promptly. Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care instructions, medication management, and recovery expectations. Ensure accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. Required Qualifications Current RN license BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility) Two years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience Strong communication and adaptability skills.
