Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for the Med Surg department in Columbus, GA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, solid experience in bedside nursing, and a commitment to providing high-quality medical support to patients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare standards. Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and evaluations. Educate patients and families on medical conditions and treatments. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. Must-Haves: 1.5+ years of bedside nursing experience. Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Active GA RN License or Multistate License (MSL) . Nice-to-Haves: Experience working with patient ratios of 4:1 or 6:1 .
