Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPOSITION TYPE: Registered Nurse (RN)SPECIALTY UNIT: Employee HealthLOCATION: Alamogordo, NM SHIFT: Days JOB TYPE: Full-Time PermanentJob Description:Responsible for all pre-employment testing including required assessments and implementation and documentation of PPD testing and follow-up. Administers Worker's Compensation cases in conjunction with the third-party administrator and is fully versed in OSHA and State Workers' Compensation Law. Conducts basic ergonomics assessments.Skills: Effective interpersonal, customer-service, critical thinking, nursing and problem-solving skills to provide employee assessment. Demonstrates ability to maintain strict confidentiality and to act in a manner that supports the company mission. Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Working knowledge of OSHA and Worker's Compensation Law.
