Description:
Title - Registered Nurse Address - Hobbs NM 88240A Specialty - ICU Contract - 13 Weeks Shift - Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:00 Duties: - Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans - Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and other diagnostic information - Administer medications, including injections, as prescribed by physicians - Perform venipuncture and other procedures for blood collection and analysis - Assist with physical examinations and medical procedures such as spinal taps - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care - Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in medical records Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of NM - Minimum 1 years of experience working in an ICU or critical care setting - Proficient in medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) systems - Experience administering injections and performing venipuncture - Knowledge of critical care practices and procedures - Ability to lift and move patients as needed - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
