Registered Nurse (1099) Pay rate : $67.00 hr (1099) Address: 36, Clinton Street, Concord, NH, 03301 Shift: 7A – 3:30 P, 3 P-11:30 P, 11 P – 7:30 Client: New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services Facility Name: New Hampshire Hospital Note: There will be a 4 weeks Orientation and candidate’s with any healthcare experience could be considered for the position. All the candidates submitted will be screened, so kindly share the best time for reaching the candidates as well. Candidates should be local from NH area. Job Description: - Conducting physical assessments, including psychiatric or admission assessments. Administering medication(s). Processing of physician orders. Monitoring vital signs. Testing blood glucose levels. Completing treatments. Conducting pain assessments. Changing dressings. Providing venipuncture services. Management of the milieu. Utilizing the electronic health record (EHR) of NHH and Glencliff to obtain clinical information and to document patient care. Communicating both verbally and in writing to report related findings Remarks: Minimum 2 yrs of psych experience is required. Orientation will be in the 1st shift for 4 weeks. Initial 26 week contracted signed- RN
