Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking a rewarding opportunity in Orange County, Florida? Look no further! We are currently hiring RBTs to join our team in the vibrant cities of Orlando, Winter Garden, and Casselberry. Position Details: Location : Orange County and Seminole County Work Settings : home-based Schedule availability: hours range from 9 am - 6 pm Certification Requirement : Candidates must hold a valid RBT certification. Sign-On Bonus : We offer a sign-on bonus of $500.00 to qualified candidates. Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Collect and record data on client progress during sessions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior programs. Qualifications: Valid RBT certification. Experience working with children with ASD. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Familiarity with Orange County schools and community resources is a plus.
