At H2 Health, you will work directly with children and adolescents with autism and related disorders under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary role will involve implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. We are seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Analyst (RBT) to work at our Atlas location in Paducah, KY. Our ideal candidate is someone flexible and passionate about working with kids. What You'll Need: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Certification: Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain RBT certification within a specified timeframe. Experience: Prior experience as an RBT; however, don't worry if you're a new grad - we welcome you too!
