Registered Associate Therapist position available in Chula Vista, CA, seeking candidates with AMFT, APCC, or ACSW credentials. Join our team with a minimum of two years of behavioral health experience, ideally in outpatient settings. This on-site role caters to clients of all ages, from children to adults, couples, and families. As a W2 staff member, you'll work in a collaborative private practice focused on exceptional client care, minimizing administrative duties. Enjoy compensated supervision time and the support of referral management, intake procedures, billing, and promotions. Multiple locations have openings and flexibility for evening and weekend availability is required. Responsibilities:You must be registered as an associate in the state of California and have this number. We believe in doing better by growing and learning. You will get to:• Provide psychotherapeutic outpatient care for children, teens, and adults• Provide couples counseling and family therapy• Assess and diagnose independently• Attend weekly supervision with the onsite supervisor• Create treatment plans• Choose interventions throughout the care• The highest ethical and legal standards expected• Provide consistent client care• Utilize suicide assessment skills• Complete risk assessments Qualifications:• Desire to provide outpatient care and work independently• Evenings or weekend availability for prime client hours• Excellent communication skills• Growth Mindset• Willing to connect with team members• Healthy boundaries with patients• Open to learning• Willing to include parents in youth care (required)• Willingness to work with couples (preferred)• Bilingual (preferred) Compensation: $30 - $42 hourly About Company: We believe in reducing mental health stigma as everyone goes through struggles and can benefit from more support.
