A company is looking for a Regional Vice President - Labor Sales to drive client success and manage strategic relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of direct employer clients Define and execute program strategies integrated with clients' broader benefit offerings Drive client success metrics and ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction Required Qualifications 10+ years of account management and sales experience in digital health or related fields Deep understanding of behavioral health and its integration with employer groups Experience managing enterprise accounts with an ASP in the $100k+ range Proven success in client renewal and expansion campaigns Experience working closely with C-level and SVP-level executives
