The Corporate Office of Stern Consultants is se eking a Regional Therapy Director (PT/OT) to cover facilities near Manchester, NH . * Must be a licensed PT or OT In the role of Regional Therapy Director (PT/OT) , we will train you to plan, organize and direct the staff and activities of the Therapy and MDS Departments, as well as liaise with other departments as needed. The Regional Therapy Director (PT/OT) is responsible for overseeing rehabilitation services and maintaining positive relationships with ownership, employees and patients. The position will require in depth knowledge of insurance reimbursement criteria, which will be applied to our departments while also also ensuring that company policies and standards are being met by each center . We are in search of a motivated, personable, and highly organized individual with a strong desire to learn and advance within the company. The Regional Therapy Director (PT/OT) will provide regular supervision, feedback, and coaching to the team, and ensure their professional development. Full-time Regional Therapy Director (PT/OT) supported by a comprehensive benefits program including; medical insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401k, flex time off and more! ** Candidates should have ability to travel for coverage of territory when needed.
