Our staff has collectively 100’s of years of experience in designing, manufacturing, renting, and selling construction equipment including but not limited to:</p><p> </p><p><strong>• LED Lighting Solutions</strong><br /><strong>• Hybrid, Solar, Diesel, and Battery</strong><br /><strong>• Recycling Wash Bays</strong><br /><strong>• Dust Suppression Equipment</strong><br /><strong>• Parts and other consumables</strong><br /><strong>• Other Products</strong></p><p>Company ownership is private.</p><p> </p><p>Our company is built on <strong>“best in the industry”</strong> service and support and high quality, reliable products designed based on customer needs.</p><p><strong>Candidates will be expected to</strong><br />• Be able to work effectively as part of a team of individuals on a daily basis.<br />• Live in the territory served.<br />• Generate new leads while maintaining and cultivating existing customer <br />accounts.<br />• Able to plan an effective market call strategy based on data provided.<br />• Provide premier customer support by meeting any and all customer needs.<br />• Must be extremely effective in time management and planning.<br />• Be a team player helping to drive revenue and meet or exceed goals.<br />• Communicate effectively with customer personnel in all levels of their <br />organization<br />• Work with and Train customer sales staff<br />• Work with and Train Independent Reps<br />• Communicate effectively with all company personnel<br />• Make sales calls (Scheduled & Unscheduled) to prospective customers (via <br />telephone or in person)<br />• Must be able to investigate what customer needs are and create a plan to <br />provide effective solutions for that meet customer needs<br />• Must understand competitive landscape in the construction industry<br />• Must understand machine capability and applications<br />• Able to work remotely as part of an on-call team when the business need <br />should arise</p><p> </p>
